Lufthansa's First Ever commercial flight to Madeira-Funcha
September 8th was Lufthansa 's First Ever commercial flight to Madeira-Funchal. An A320 flew from TXL, what a joy! 46 years ago a LH 727-100 came to perform a demo on behalf of Boeing to TAP. 21 fev 1966 D-ABIK LH never came back, but TAP bought a lot of 727 which were the back-bone of the FNC-LIS line until the 90s.
